| The problem of hazardous waste pollution has aroused widespread concern in the international community.How to protect the environment effectively while developing modern industry rapidly is an urgent problem to be solved.The molten salt treatment technology has a wide application prospect in hazardous waste disposal,however,the research on molten salt treatment technology is not comprehensive enough.In this paper,the hydrodynamic characteristics of the molten salt reactor are studied deeply,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the molten salt reactor and the selection of the reaction conditions.The pressure fluctuation signal was collected in real-time by the pressure sensor in the cold-state experimental device of the molten salt reactor.Through the statistical analysis and the spectrum analysis,the change law of the fluid hydrodynamic characteristic is obtained.The influences of different diameters,different immersed depths and different type of rib on the gas holdup and flow regime were studied.The influence of superficial gas velocity and parameters of inlet pipe on the flow pattern was studied by means of photographic method in the cold-state experimental device of the molten salt reactor.The influence of the parameters on average gas holdup and bubble residence time was summarized.The method of improving the experimental conditions of molten salt reactor and molten salt reaction is put forward from the viewpoint of hydrodynamic characteristics.The effects ’of reaction temperature,excess air factor,superficial gas velocity and rib type of inlet pipe were investigated by using molten salt oxidation method on the high temperature molten salt reactor.At the same time,the hydrodynamic characteristics of the molten salt reactor have been verified. |
