| Electroplating wastewater discharged from the production procs-s contains a variety of toxic substances such as heavy metal ions,cyan-ide and additives,etc.If not treated properly and discharge directly into the surrounding environment,it would do great harm to human body.Therefore,It is essential to study how to treat the electroplating waste-water treatment.This paper focused on an electroplating wastewater trea-tment station in Wuyi.Based on engineering reform,the process of el-ectroplating wastewater treatment was determined as follows:Cyanide c-ontaining wastewater was destroyed by sodium hypochlorite,comprehensi-ve wastewater was oxidized and precipitated by sodium hypochlorite,ch-r omi-um containing wastewater was firstly reduced by sodium pyrosulfit-e and then precipitated and separated,nickel containing wastewater was oxidiz-ed by sodium hypochlorite and then precipitated and separated.Then,all ofthe pretreatment wastewater were mixed in a mid-tank and treated by the separation-precipitation process.The design treatment cap-acity was 3000 tons a day,the total engineering investment was RMB 15 million and the treatment cost was RMB 6 yuan each ton.The ope-ration resultsindicated that after the technology reformation,Effluent nic-kel index re-duced to 0.06mg/L from the 0.30mg/L,cyanide index fell from the 0.10mg/L to 0.50mg/L,Cr(Ⅵ)index fell from the 0.05mg/L to 0.30mg/L,RM-B 2 million can be saved per year.Meanwhile,the conte-nt of nickel,chromium,cyanide,copper etc.in the treated wastewater can meet the requirements of national pollutant discharge standard of ta-ble 3.Additio-nally,this paper summarizes some key points of the ope-ration of electr-oplating wastewater treatment stations,which can provide reference for other el-ectroplating wastewater treatment stations. |
