With the rapid development of China's economy,which has a serious impact on China's water ecosystem,the discharge of "three wastes" from enterprises in industrial parks has become a common concern,and the treatment of wastewater by enterprises has become one of the key topics."Waste water" generally refers to the polluted water that is not used or of no use value,including domestic sewage,industrial waste water,etc.The chemicals contained in the wastewater can not be digested by the water ecosystem,thus causing pollution to the water ecosystem.Electroplating wastewater refers to the water discharged from electroplating industry,including cleaning water for plating parts,waste electroplating solution,washing workshop floor,washing water for electrode plate,cooling water for equipment,etc.Although the total amount of electroplating wastewater is far lower than that of domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater,there are many kinds of toxic and harmful substances in electroplating wastewater,especially heavy metal ions such as phosphorus,cadmium,nickel,copper,zinc,gold,silver and cyanide,which must be treated strictly.The complexity of electroplating wastewater quality and the continuous improvement of local discharge standards make the treatment of electroplating wastewater face more and more challenges.In recent years,scholars have studied the current situation of wastewater treatment and proposed the means of wastewater treatment in industrial enterprises.These research results not only provide theoretical reference for wastewater treatment,but also lay a theoretical foundation for further research on water ecological treatment.Among them,electroplating wastewater,as a traditional industrial wastewater which is difficult to treat,has attracted the attention of many scholars because of its various harmful substances and serious adverse effects on the ecological environment and human health.On the basis of the existing research,this paper firstly summarizes the research progress of electroplating wastewater treatment.In this paper,various treatment methods and research progress of phosphorus electroplating wastewater are described,including biological phosphorus removal,chemical coagulation precipitation phosphorus removal,adsorption phosphorus removal,crystallization phosphorus removal,membrane technology treatment,etc.Then,the effects of UV irradiation,sodium hypochlorite,hydrogen peroxide,potassium permanganate on the damage of complex electroplating wastewater were introduced.In this paper,the research progress of water reuse and metal recovery of electroplating wastewater is reviewed,and the conventional treatment methods of physical method,chemical method,electrolytic method and new treatment method are simply summarized.Some problems of current treatment methods of electroplating wastewater are put forward,and the prospect of this research is prospected.It is hoped to provide some help for the treatment of wastewater pollution and the restoration of water ecosystem in China.Then,through a large number of market research,the paper summarizes the water quality of typical domestic electroplating wastewater,and puts forward the corresponding wastewater treatment process according to the water quality of various electroplating wastewater.According to the current relevant laws and regulations in China,the reuse rate of reclaimed water in electroplating industry wastewater treatment must be more than 50%,and the reuse index of reclaimed water shall meet the requirements of industrial water quality for urban wastewater recycling(GB / t19923-2005).The discharge index of heavy metals in the remaining tail water shall be in accordance with table 3 of discharge standard for electroplating pollutants(GB 21900-2008)and class V of environmental quality standard for surface water Limit value,other indexes shall be in accordance with table 3 of discharge standard for electroplating pollutants(GB 21900-2008).Therefore,on the basis of systematic analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding treatment process CAFE for the typical wastewater types such as chemical plating wastewater,zinc nickel alloy wastewater,nickel plating wastewater,chromium wastewater,cyanogen wastewater,zinc,tin wastewater,copper wastewater,oil degreasing wastewater and phosphorus wastewater.Next,the author uses the typical electroplating wastewater treatment processes proposed in this paper to carry out engineering design and architectural design in an actual engineering project in Nantong city.After the implementation of the project,the water quality monitoring of each process section and the overall wastewater treatment efficiency verifies the rationality,feasibility and operability of the design process,and in the actual production process,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the case,many optimization suggestions and improvement measures are put forward for the design scheme of the project.To sum up,through the investigation on the water quality of domestic typical electroplating wastewater,various wastewater quality conditions are determined,and then the treatment process,engineering design and architectural design are designed.It can be seen that the implementation of the wastewater treatment process is conducive to the treatment of electroplating industry wastewater,the protection of surface water environment quality,the improvement of regional water environment quality,the improvement of infrastructure supporting level,and the promotion of regional environment and sustainable economic development.After the construction and operation of the wastewater treatment project,the impact of the construction project on the environment will be minimized to meet the relevant national standards.
