Although profits is increased to a certain degree after upgrading traditional metallurgical process,revolutionary process is in urgent need in the face of environmental constraints and limitations of the existing technology,Comparison with thin slab continuous casting(CSP)technology,strip casting technology is more of short process and energy saving.It has the congenital advantage in improving production efficiency and energy use efficiency.Development and practice of strip casting technology is a key revolutionary direction of iron and steel industry's product upgrading.Specifically for strip casting equipments and technical characteristics,a set of advanced and reliable electrical system development is presented in this paper.Taking the strip casting factory as the research object,the electrical design of the system;including load calculation,number and capacity of the transformer,DC screen,reactive power compensation,power supply and distribution system,control system are designed and researched.In view of the present situation of the current manual control method of tundish heating,one kind of mechatronics control solutions is proposed.PID(Proportion,Integral,Differential)algorithm,one of the most wildly used algorithms in control system at present,has been used in the industrial process control loops.Applying the BP neural network in PID control can efficiently overcome the limitations of badness of parameter adjusting and poor performance when the plant has nonlinearity,time-varying uncertainty and difficulty in setting up the accurate model.From the ladle to the recoiler,from casting machine to mill to public auxiliary system,automation control is very important,the main automation system unit is studied and developed.In indoor and outdoor lighting design and lighting calculation territory,Through modeling,three-dimensional space illumination draw,and the output of 3D renderings,illuminance distribution drawings and calculations to get expected effect are presented by using Delux software,and then the lighting design plan is determined.And the advantages and disadvantages by comparing the old common design method are explained.In the design of lightning protection and grounding,through scientific calculation,determine the quantity of grounding pollen and the step voltage/contact voltage.Scientific lightning calculation is applied to engineering practice.
