Dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition, deep chroma and high COD,which is a kind of difficult to treat in industrial wastewater. As the raw material for preparation of dyes, aniline is the main pollutant in dyeing wastewater, and its removal efficiency can be used to evaluate the efficacy of the dyeing wastewater treatment technology. So far, both domestic and foreign scholars have been carrying out large-scale research on the effective dyeing wastewater treatment methods, which including physics, chemistry and biology methods.Among these methods,it is worth to research heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation methodbased on chemical method of an advanced oxidation technology. In this thesis, aniline was selected as the removal target, heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation was conducted experimentally.Different catalysts, with catalytic components and carriers of manganese-cerium oxide and ?-Al2O3 respectively, were prepared by impregnation method. The effect of Mn/Ce impregnation molar ratio, manganese nitrate concentration and catalyst dosage on aniline removal efficiency were studied under the treatment condition of ozone production of 0.8 g/h,treated water of 2.5 L and anilineinitial concentration of 30 mg/L.Based on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,it is concluded that the optimal Mn/Ce impregnation molar ratio and manganese nitrate concentration are 3:1 and 1.0 mol/L respectively. In the optimum experiment, the aniline removal efficiency increased by 11%compared with the blank experiment.Considering the utilization of the catalyst and aniline removal efficiency, the optimal catalyst dosage is 100 g with the treated aniline wastewater of 2.5 L.Through the range analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal experimental data,The order of factors on the aniline removal efficiency was obtained as follows:Mn/Ce impregnation molar ratio>manganese nitrate impregnation concentration>catalyst dosage.
