With the development of rotating machinery main axis toward the high speed,precision and automation,the electric spindle combining t motor and rotation spindle came into reality.The electric spindle is mainly used in the High-speed operation of the machinery and equipment.The speed of the electric spindle is very high and machining of the parts has high requirement,so it has high requirement of the amount of unbalance and even higher requirement of allowed amount of unbalance.To realize the on line dynamic balance of electric spindle in the non-stop situation,we need design a kind of controllable unbalance adjustment device.This paper analyze and design a electric spindle electromagnetic balancing head based on the rotor dynamic balancing and electromagnetic field theory and the finish the design of the control plan.This paper including:(1)According to the electric spindle unbalance design of the electromagnetic balancing head structure of a two symmetrical counterweight plate,study on the balancing head of permanent magnet magnetization around the ferromagnetic material characteristics,research the movement of the permanent magnet by the external magnetic field influences.The balancing head parts is divided into dynamic ring and the static ring,analyzing the driving principle of the loop which is composed of the static ring core,the ferromagnetic plate and the permanent magnet,studying the weight balance principle of the balance plate and the self-locking principle of the permanent magnet magnetized ferromagnetic plate.(2)Complete the analysis of the material properties of balancing head`s parts and simplify the structure model to apply to the Ansoft.Then conduct the magnetic field analysis for the 2D and 3D structure model and mainly analyze the stress of permanent magnet.(3)Put forward a control method to change the ferro magnetic plate phase based on the balancing head`s structure.This scheme can increase the unbalanced amplitude and phase data comparing the existed solution.Then we create a database and apply it to the electric spindle control system.
