Development And Research For CNC Gear Hobbing Process Database Based On Case-based Reasoning

In machinery industry,the hobbing method is widely used in gear processing.Due to the influence factors are relatively complex,the determination of processing technology rely mostly on the workers experience and the standard system of processing technology has been not formed.These problems bing trouble to the inexperienced workers.Considering these problems,establishing the CNC gear hobbing process database based on case-based reasoning provides an effective solution for the machining of new parts,which uses the case-based reasoning technology to solve the machining of new parts by the past processing parts of data and experience.At the same time,the cloud storage platform can store a lot of process data effectively,realize the user's distributed storage of data and data sharing.The main contents are as follow:1.The basic concepts and the design process of database are carefully analyzed,and some kinds of embedded database management system are synthetically compared to finally select SQLite as an embedded DBMS.A detailed analysis of the specific needs of database and the overall design of the database are accomplished.2.Building cloud storage platform under the Windows system,distributed cloud storage technology is applied to CNC gear hobbing process database,and establish the data sharing browser to realize data sharing and synchronization.3.CBR combined with GA implement the decision of the database.In the case retrieval,using the overall similarity calculation formula query out the most similar old case with the new case in the case base,and setting the threshold improve retrieval efficiency.In the instances revise,using GA to optimize the process parameters to the selection of cutting parameters in the machining process is great importance.4.In the paper,the development platform of this system and the running environment are introduced.Meantimen,the system each function is relized.Aiming at the security of the database,the model of Role-based Access Control is used in the rights management of database system.The safety management of the data is realized,by different role given different function.
