Bailong River is not only the important ecological water sources of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and Jialing River,but also the spare water for life of residents nearby and the main drinking water of the masses along.In recent years,mismanagement and other causes leads to the increase of pollutants in Bailong River,which makes the environment further deteriorate in the future,and make influences on the aquatic ecosystems and river basins.Therefore,it is urgent to do water environmental governance of Bailong River.From the current ecological and environmental of Bailong River,this article analyses the current water quality by Water Quality Model.Based on the trend forecast and water capacity calculations by the model,it analyses the main problems and sources of pollution of Bailong River.It puts forward the priority of pollution control and reduction measures.From the aspects of pollution control and industrial restructuring and others,it researches and makes the control plan of pollutions in protected areas.(1)Water environment quality was evaluated by using single pollution index,and eutrophication was evaluated by using nutrition state index.The urban sewage and the cage culture were the source of water environmental pollutants.COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus that came from the cage culture accounted for 30%?75%?62%and 81.Depending on the type and source of pollutants,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were determined the order of priority pollutants.(2)By constructing two-dimensional flow quality mathematical model for Bailong River,the ammonia,the total nitrogen,the total phosphorus,the permanganate index and other indicators were simulation analyzed.The simulation results show that,according to the current status of emissions,the total nitrogen and the total phosphorus will continue to decline,and it will can not meet the functional requirements of the water.(3)Based on the one-dimensional water quality model,it calculated the water environmental capacity of Bailong River.The total nitrogen and the total phosphorus of Bailong River exceeded.In order to strengthen the protection of water sources,it suggested to ban cage culture and garbage collection to reduce the amount.(4)Combined with the environment and ecological status of the Bailong River,it proposed that adjusting the industrial structure,protecting drinking water sources,control urban source pollution,control rural source pollution and strengthening water environmental monitoring.It can protect and restore ecosystems of Bailong River,advance environmental protection,and prevent eutrophication.It can promote economic and environmental of Bailong River to develop.
