The quiet and comfortable environment is the basic needs of human existence.With the rapid development of modern industry,the noise pollution is more and more serious.The traditional sound insulation devices are inorganic materials or metal materials,these are usually very heavy.Polymer material has the advantages of light weight and good workability,in recent years has attracted much attention in the field of noise reduction.But the pure polymer materials with low surface density and mechanical properties,it is often hard to meet the demand of practical application.So the new lightweight polymer draping become research focus in the field of noise reduction.Inorganic filler has small size effect and high impedance difference with polymer,commonly used as modified filler.When the inorganic particle filled in polymer materials,can effectively improve the sound insulation performance.In this topic,the rubber/plastic composite material as the substrate,tungsten powder(W)and oxidized grapheme(GO)as inorganic fillers,to study the changes in the sound insulation performance when the inorganic fillers added to the rubber/plastic composite;and study the core layer effect on sound insulation performance of the composite gypsum board when the rubber/plastic composite laminated with plasterboard.The purpose of this article is to phase out light and high sound insulation performance rubber/plastic/gypsum board,and provide reference for the preparation of new sound insulation materials.Firstly,acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were used as main raw materials to prepare PVC/PNBR rubber composite with different mass ratio.The damping and sound insulation properties of NBR-PVC composites were measured by DMA and the four-channel impedance tube system.The results show that the sound insulation performance is best when the mass ratio of NBR and PVC was 70:30.Secondly,NBR-PVC with the mass ratio of NBR and PVC is 70:30 was used as matrix,tungsten powder(W)and oxidized grapheme(GO)were filled respectively to prepare inorganic filler/NBR-PVC composite,and the effect of the fillers on the sound insulation performance was studied.The results show that: the method by add GO to improve the sound insulation performance of NBR-PVC is better than add W,and add a small amount of GO can significantly improve the sound insulation performance of NBR-PVC.Again,through the high pressure processing to prepare the inorganic filler/NBR-PVC microcellular foaming materials,and then to research the influence of inorganic filler on the sound insulation performance.The results show that the method by add W to improve the sound insulation performance of NBR-PVC microcellular foaming materials is better than add GO,when the content of W is 30 wt%,the sound insulation index increase amount of 7.2 dB.Finally,used gypsum as the surface and polymer composites as core layer to prepare the compound gypsum board,and then to research the effect of the different core layer on the sound insulation performance.The results show that the microcellular foaming materials as the core layer is better than solid plate.When W/NBR-PVC microcellular foaming materials as the core layer,the sound insulation performance of composite gypsum board is better than GO/NBR-PVC microcellular foaming materials as the core layer.
