Design Research And Practice On Integration Fabric Of Jacquard And Printing Based On Jacquard Texture

This paper studies the design principle and method of integration fabric of jacquard and printing based on weave texture.After comprehending the technical background related with the integration design of jacquard and printing by reading the literature,and exploring the principle of the integration design of jacquard and printing based on jacquard weave texture,the research in this paper has three aspects: pattern design,jacquard structure design and printed design.And then this paper summarizes a set of pattern design methods and jacquard structure design methods based on study of the basic principle and design process of the integration design of jacquard and printing.The unified pattern design method and detached pattern design method are put forward after analyzing and summarizing the digital patterns suitable for weaving and printing.Both the two design methods can retain the jacquard texture and printing colors.Then the article summar izes different separation methods of jacquard pattern and printing pattern.In order to retain the luster and texture of jacquard fabric,this paper studies jacquard structures,including shaded weave structure,full color structure,high pattern structure and texture weave structure.The article analyzes the design method and characteristics of traditional high pattern jacquard fabric,and then presents a design principle and method of high pattern jacquard fabric with double weft structure based on shaded weaves for displaying single weft's gradually changing colors.Also another design principle and method of high pattern jacquard fabric based on full color structure were put forward for displaying two wefts' gradually changing colors or four wefts' gradually changing colors.These high pattern jacquard fabric design methods are applicable for patterns with line.In addition,the article lists the common design methods of texture weaves,and analyzes the jacquard effect of texture weaves.This paper analyzes the basic principle and technical route of accurate positioning digita l printing.After summarizing the basic characteristics of accurate positioning digital printing products,the article makes the printed patterns redesigned,which can be combined with jacquard fabric better.The design practice is launched by using design principle,process and methods of the integration design of jacquard and printing.The final fabric has completed through technica l processing of jacquard weaving,printing.It has proved that the design principle and method of integration design of jacquard and printing used in this paper is viable and advanced.The integration fabric produced merging jacquard and printing technical processing based on jacquard weave texture has dual effects of jacquard and printing.It is envisaged that such dual effects of jacquard and printing is a kind of brand-new effect that cannot be imitated by other means.And this effect cannot be achieved by traditional design methods.The innovation of the research mainly has four points,including effective combination of digital jacquard technology and digital printing technology,high pattern structure based on shadow organization,design method of jacquard and printing integrated fabric based on jacquard texture,and printing effect innovation based on jacquard texture.
