| As Jacquard technology continues to evolve, types and uses a variety of trends andpeople’s increasing demand for aesthetic requirements, people’s increasing demand foraesthetic requirements, Jacquard fabrics innovative use of new materials, expanding theapplication of jacquard principle, the development of new uses, has become an effective wayto improve the fabric market competitiveness. This paper mainly in the production of KSJjacquard fabric model as the object of study, to study the pattern design and process design,study the fabric pattern design for the jacquard is summed up to the enterprise production,pattern design method is feasible, for the fabric in the actual design, production and provide atheoretical basis and design skills to support.Depth study of the jacquard technology development and basic jacquard principle,classification and application of jacquard fabric on KSJ machine, to explore the pattern designmethod and lay a solid foundation. The composition and color of the jacquard concrete designmethod on KSJ machine, the fabric of unit pattern form, pattern match and so on weresummarized in detail, and elaborates their should be combined with the process design inpattern design, combined with the special nature of the process is proposed to limit thevulnerable in design and the matters needing attention; and application design of jacquardfabric patterns are summarized, combined with the specific examples of design request designmethod of pattern and process of silk jacquard fabric and jacquard towel fabric in theapplication, the feasible methods to these two kinds of fabric pattern design.In conclusion, this study based on the market demand, through a series of methods tosummarize, jacquard fabric art design and process design of effective combination, patterndesign for warp knitted silk jacquard fabric and warp towel jacquard fabric offers practicalguidance, to a certain role for this kind of fabric production and marketing play. |
