The author summarizes the dyeing process and process parameters of supercritical fluid(SCF)dyeing technology,introduces the development process of dyeing device and the new structure of stainers,and summarizes the existing problems of SCF dyeing technology.Aiming at the problems existing in the current SCF dyeing process,the SCF dyeing new process with simple process,high production efficiency,low investment in equipment and low emission of SCF medium for large scale continuous production is designed and the new process steps are given.By summarizing the dyeing experiment data,process parameters of the integrated jigger and the built-in cycle power equipment type are determined.According to the function of the integrated jigger,the integral layout of the integrated jigger is given,and the design idea and structure diagram are given.Then the integrated jigger is modeled in three dimensions.The strength of the main pressure parts of the integrated jigger are calculated and the clamp the fastening structure is designed and checked.The internals and accessories design of the integrated jigger are given,including the built-in dye feeder,fabric loading and unloading component,dye distributor,rotary dynamic seal component,inner push-pull component and safety interlock component,and the design schematic diagram are provided respectively.Through the simulation of the internal flow field of the integrated jigger,the mathematical models used in the simulation are analyzed,and the integrated jigger model is simplified into two-dimensional model.The initial simulation is carried out,and then,in order to solve the problems of uneven flow rate,the author optimizes structure,adjusts the resistance distributor parameters and finally gives the optimized resistance distributor parameter values.
