Adsorption refrigeration is a kind methed of using clean energy,with its unique advantages in using solar energy,industrial waste heat and other low-grade energy has been widely used and plays an important role in easing the power shortage,reducing carbon dioxide emissions,improving the environment The core of adsorption refrigeration system is adsorption working pairs.Its performance directly affects the efficiency of adsorption refrigeration system,determine the cooling capacity and operating parameters.The traditional physical adsorbent has good heat and mass transfer,but its adsorptive capacity is small;and adsorptive capacity of chemical adsorption is big,but its heat transfer is bed;both the advantages of the composite adsorbent and become the research hotspot in recent years.The purpose of paper is to optimize the adsorption properties of the composite adsorbent,and improve the heat and mass transfer performance of adsorption capacity at the same time.The new composite adsorbent was prepared based on the pore forming mechanism of carbonization by microwave heating.The paper explore the influence of preparation process and influence factors of adsorbent adsorbent,and also analysis the cooling effect of the adsorbent samples in the experiment system,which is under the optimization of technology and the ratio of adsorption,the specific contents are as follows:(1)The paper designs and builds a set of method for small sample adsorption continuous determination of ammonia experiment platform based on the capacity method.By controlling the temperature inside the liquid storage tank to control the tube pressure,and also to control the temperature,pressure,the adsorption and desorption process of small sample in the reaction process.By using the constant volume gas pressure in the continuous change to get the adsorption and desorption of ammonia quality and reaction rate in whole the reaction process.Using the adsorption capacity of adsorbent,unit mass refrigeration quantity to characterize the adsorbents.(2)The paper studies several factors in the process of composite adsorbent preparation impact the performance of adsorbents and its regularity.The research object is composite adsorbent which consist of calcium chloride and expanded graphite.Based on the mechanism of the pore carbonized,we put sucrose into calcium chloride/expanded graphite composite adsorbent and heated by microwave to improve the effect.The paper study heating intensity,microwave heating time and adsorbent ratio of sucrose those three factors,design and prepare the test specimens.The paper test the adsorption amount,the adsorption rate and SSCP of new composite adsorbent in experiment,to analysis the influence of those three factors on composite adsorption performance,optimize this kind of composite adsorbent preparation process.(3)The paper analyses more about adsorption and desorption characteristics of optimized preparation composite adsorbent.The adsorbent samples in the experimental adsorption test system get heating and cooling slowly,to ensure complete reaction at each temperature gradient.By measuring temperature,reaction pressure,to get the actual reaction equilibrium curve,equilibrium equation fitting.With the help of equilibrium curve,reaction kinetics analysised,and also obtained kinetic equation,the paper provide a reference for determining system the actual operating conditions and control the reaction process.(4)Based on the liquid level method,a set of experimental system for the determination of the amount of adsorption was designed and built,and the practical application effect of composite adsorbent was investigated.Using solar energy as driving heat source,the prepared composite adsorbent is pressed into the annular filling into the reaction tube to start heating desorption reaction,to get the desorption reaction curve and the temperature variation curves of the reaction tube,available temperature in different stages.Through measuret the change of the liquid level in the liquid storage tank,the paper get the ammonia solution quality and the cooling capacity of the system.Through the study the paper provide a theoretical guide for the optimization of adsorbent preparation,also provide the reference for the actual design of refrigeration system and operation control.
