In recent years,China's air pollution is serious which has influence on human's life and health.In view of the large amount of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced by coal-fired power plants,the control of air pollutants produced by coal combustion has become a hot-spot in recent years.In this paper,there was a deep study in the ozone oxidation combined with wet absorption technology.The first half of this paper mainly uses the experimental method to study the oxidation effect of ozone oxidation of nitric oxide and the influencing factors of wet absorption process,including temperature,inlet gas flow,the liquid PH of absorption,the concentration of absorption and different kinds of absorption.In the second half of this paper,the products of calcium-based absorptive liquid were analyzed by ion analysis,and the application of ozone-oxidized combined with calcium-based absorption technology in practical engineering was investigated.And the economic advantage was analyzed.The experimental results show that ozone can efficiently and rapidly oxidize nitric oxide in simulated flue gas.When the molar ratio of ozone to nitric oxide is more than 1,the oxidation efficiency can reach more than 90%.When thecalcium carbonateabsorption liquid is 0.5mol/L,the temperature of the absorption liquid is 60 degrees Celsius,the concentration of NO2 is 300ppm;O2 = 6%and the total flow rate is 1.5L/min,the absorption efficiency of SO2 is more than 98%,and theabsorption efficiency of NO2 is about 87%.The results also showed that the anions of flue gas nitrogen oxides absorbed were mainly NO3-.In this paper,the application of the technology in engineering was also investigated.The results show that the absorption efficiency of SO2 in flue gas can reach more than 98%,and the absorption efficiency of NO2 is about 87%.Finally,the economic study of the technology shows that this technology has a good market prospects.
