Non-PVC multi-layer co-extruded film infusion bag(referred to as non-PVC soft bag)is the latest form of packaging,because the infusion is a fully closed infusion system.By using the external air compression bag body,the infusion and the pressurized infusion can be smoothly,ruling out the risk of air pollution and air embolism.It is one of the most healthy form of infusion packaging.Currently on the market of non-PVC soft bag,infusion products are in line with national quality standards,but some products are prone to leakage in the handling and transportation process,which is a major problem faced by the production enterprise.This is mainly because that the non PVC soft bag is made from non PVC multilayer film,polypropylene interface and polypropylene combination cover by high temperature welding material.The welding parts of some products is relatively fragile,which can cause leakage due to the rupture of fragile site in the handling and transportation process.And at present,the manufacturers of non PVC soft bag material are numerous.There are no clear process parameters when using different materials to produce non-PVC soft bags,only by production experience to ensure product quality.Non-PVC soft bag is produced by the automatic bag filling and sealing machine.Station equipment includes interface preheating,surrounding heat,welding,welding and other cover interface.This topic is mainly based on the use of different materials produced by different manufacturers to adjust the welding die and make clear the welding parameters,so as to optimize the welding process,improve product welding quality.This topic firstly clear the mold assembly and the adjustment request in the interface around the station,preheating heat interface welding station and a cover welding station.Then welding standards for each station are cleared,according to different materials in various positions of different welding temperature for effect experiments.The optimum welding parameters in each station in the use of various materials produced by different manufacturers are determine and used to guide the production operation.After optimizing the welding process,three batches of products are produced by using the optimized process,compared with the pre-optimization of the three batches of products by testing the indicators,confirming the optimized process is feasible and to achieve optimization purposes.
