Solidification of floating organic drop dispersive liquid-liquid phase microextraction(DLLME-SFO)was developed in 2007.The ne w sample pretreatment method with extractant whose density was less than water and freezing point closed to room temperature, which is based on a ternary component solvent system. The DLLME-SFO technique was a simple, rapid, efficient and friendly. It has been widely applied in various fields, such as environment, biology, food, drug analysis, etc. The studies of this paper focus on the followings:In the first part of this thesis, the progress of sample pretreatment technologies were summarized.A detailed review concerning on the development and the theory of DLLME-SFO and its applications and development are presented. In the second part,a method for simultaneous determination of six estrogens in environmental water samples by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic droplets combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The optimal conditions of 90 ?L of extractant(1-dodecanol),250 ?L of dispersant(tritonx-100,0.025 mol/L),7.0 of pH value and extraction for 3 min.Experiments were carried out at room temperature.Under the optimum conditions, the samples were spiked at three concentration levels and the average recoveries of target compounds ranged from 93.4 to 108.6% with the RSDs from 1.3 to 8.7%.The limits of detection(LOD)of the method for the six target compounds were in the ranges of 0.001-0.05 ?g/L,respectively.This new method was successfully applied for the analysis of the estrogens in environmental water sample and acquired satisfied success. In the third part,a method for simultaneous determination of fifteen phthalic acid esters in environmental water samples by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic droplets combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The conditions of extraction and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)were optimized by experiment.Under the optimum conditions, the samples were spiked at high and low two type of concentration levels and the average recoveries of target compounds ranged from 72.0 to 122.0% with the RSDs from 0.4 to 8.0%.The limits of detection(LOD)of the method for the fifteen target compounds were in the ranges of 0.022-0.149 ?g/L,respectively.This new method was successfully applied for the analysis of the PAEs in environmental water sample.
