Gas logging by real-time continuous detection of the composition of hydrocarbon gas and its content in the oil and gas reservoir,directly determine the formation fluid properties,but also indirect evaluation of oil and gas shows,is an indispensable technical means in the field of geological exploration.In recent years,with the application of new technology,such as PDC bit,air drilling,the drilling speed is greatly improved,which brings great challenge to the traditional gas logging technology and system: First of all,the single meter drilling time is decreased greatly,and the traditional gas chromatography analysis period of 1.5-3 minutes,a leakage of oil and gas.Secondly,the drilling cycle is shortened greatly,which leads to the frequent installation and disassembly of the instrument.The traditional gas measured logging equipment adopts the distributing type and a sensor corresponding to a single cable,installation and disassembly trouble,which greatly increased the labor intensity of the personnel at the scene.Thirdly,a new drilling technology application,the logging site may at any time to increase the new parameters for detection of,the traditional way of distributing can be poor scalability,has been difficult to meet the requirements of drilling technology.Therefore,this paper designed and developed a gas detection intelligent mud logging analysis system which is integrated with gas analysis unit and CAN bus.The main research work of this system is:Firstly,developed a gas analysis unit and the parameter acquisition unit,to achieve a complete C1-C5 seven components and total hydrocarbon concentration analysis within 30 seconds.the hardware structure of the C8051F340 microcontroller as the core of the circuit design,to solve the problem of the single cycle chromatographic signal.Secondly,a non gas gathering unit is developed for the collection and development of mud logging sensor signal.Three data acquisition nodes are designed according to the signal type.The whole unit uses the CAN bus communication transmission.Thirdly,Development of the software system: for increasing gas logging interpretation and evaluation of accuracy,specifically designed for the gas logging interpretation chart software.Aiming at the problem of high cost and high cost,the innovation of the electronic version of the recorder software is developed.In view of domestic and international different hole trajectory calculation method,the software of the well trajectory is developed based on OPENGL,which enhances the applicability of the gas logging system at home and abroad.At present,the intelligent analysis system of gas logging logging has realized the prototype design,and completed the small batch production.In the domestic and foreign oil field exploration field has been applied to the actual application,it can effectively and timely detection and evaluation of oil and gas reservoir,meet the requirements of on-site exploration logging,but also greatly promote the development of gas logging technology,improve the overall technical level of gas logging.
