Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been rapid development,the construction of small towns is great significance to promote China's urbanization process and sustainable economic development.However.China's small and medium-sized urban water pollution is serious at present,it is necessary to vigorously improve the water environment and construct sewage treatment plant is an effective way.The choice of sewage treatment process is one of the most important steps in the construction of sewage treatment plant.However,in the study of the optimal selection of sewage treatment technology in small and medium-sized cities in China,there is no evaluation method of process selection.This paper analyzed the existing problems of sewage treatment in small and medium-sized cities in China and expounded the importance of comprehensive evaluation of sewage treatment technology in small and medium-sized cities.Combining the characteristics of sewage treatment in small and medium-sized cities,this paper chooses A/O,A/A/O,oxidation ditch,SBR,CASS/CAST.BAF,bio-contact oxidation,constructed wetlands,oxidation ponds.MBR these ten sewage treatment process suitable for small and medium towns as an alternative.After the analyzed the evaluation index of process election which may affect the sewage treatment technology in the small and medium-sized cities,the author completes the perfect evaluation index system of the sewage treatment technology in the small and medium-sized cities,and using the subjective weighting method(analytic hierarchy process)and the objective weighting method(entropy method)to respectively obtain the objective and subjective weight of these indicators,in the assumption that the same degree preference of subjective and objective weight.to obtain the comprehensive weight of various indicators.In this paper,the fuzzy integral method is used to synthesize the data of each index,and the comprehensive evaluation value of each sewage treatment technology scheme is calculated,and the order of the sewage treatment process is ranked according to the level of the evaluation value.Then,the author analyzed the types of small and medium-sized cities and towns and amended the weights of the various indicators.Finally,taking Wangjia and Wuli Town as an example,using the above evaluation system to synthetically evaluate ten kinds of sewage treatment processes.This paper established the optimizing selection system of sewage treatment technology for small and medium-sized cities based on fuzzy integral method has a certain reference for the selection of sewage treatment technology in small and medium-sized cities in China,which is great significance to guide the construction of sewage treatment plants in small and medium-sized cities and towns.
