In recent years,with the rapid development of China's rural economy,the rural population has gradually increased,rural sewage discharge is increasing.Most rural areas have simple sewage treatment facilities or direct discharge of sewage without treatment,which lead to increasing pollution of rural water environment.The problem of rural sewage treatment has become an urgent problem for improving rural human settlements and building beautiful villages.However,there is no scientific,objective and systematic evaluation model for the selection of rural sewage treatment technologies.The rural sewage treatment in Beijing is developing rapidly.Most rural areas have separate sewage treatment facilities.On the surface,the situation of rural sewage treatment in Beijing has improved.However,most rural areas have a certain degree of blindness when people have choose treatment technology.They cannot effectively implement the principle of adapting to local conditions,which has led to poor treatment in many rural areas.It is inability to adapt to local actual development needs.Therefore,this paper studies the establishment of an evaluation system model of typical rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing and the application of actual technology selection.This paper refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,based on the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper conducts expert consultation and analysis on the factors affecting the evaluation of rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing,and finally it selects three aspects:economic benefit,technical performance and environmental impact.Twelve evaluation indicators have established a comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indicators.According to the survey data of typical rural sewage treatment technologies in Beijing,the indicators are divided into qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,and the evaluation criteria of the indicators are clarified.The evaluation model of rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing is constructed.Through the weight results of the indicators,it can be seen that the operating cost has the greatest impact on the selection of rural sewage treatment technology,and its weight is 0.211;followed by the stability of the effluent standard,the difficulty of management and operation,and the noise level,the weights are 0.171,0.142,0.106;and the maturity of technology has the least impact on the choice of rural sewage treatment technology.This paper uses the evaluation model to evaluate the typical rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing.It is calculated that the comprehensive evaluation scores of each processing technology,the highest comprehensive score of A~2/O+MBR technology is obtained,which indicates that the comprehensive processing effect of this technology is the best.The main reason is the stability of A~2/O+MBR technology in terms of effluent compliance,management and operation difficulty,noise level and other indicators.It behaves moderate performance in unit investment and operating costs.In the several indicators with high technical standardization values,the index weights are also higher,so the final calculated technology has a good comprehensive performance.Followed by AOBR technology,biochemical+constructed wetland,super-magnetic separation water purification technology,the scores are 0.8720,0.8348,0.8226,these three types of technology in the operating costs,effluent compliance stability,management and ease of operation and other indicators performance is moderate.They are widely used in the construction of rural sewage treatment facilities.The biological contact oxidation technology has the lowest comprehensive score.The main reason is that the performance of the effluent standard stability,management and operation difficulty,noise level and other indicators are poor,and the weight of these four indicators is relatively large.In addition to referring to the research and evaluation results of this paper,the selection of rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing should also consider the geographical factors of local villages,population mobility,residents'living habits and other influencing factors,so that the treatment technology is compatible with the characteristics of local villages,and the appropriate screening for local conditions is appropriate.The right rural sewage treatment technology can form a virtuous circle of local rural sewage treatment effects.The results showed that the evaluation model constructed is scientific and reasonable in this paper,and it provides a direct theoretical basis for the selection of sewage treatment technology in rural areas of Beijing.
