In rolling process of aluminum foil,the surface quality mainly influenced by viscosity,additives and blank cleanliness.At the same time,some impurity elements in industry aluminum are inherent,but some impurity elements are added deliberate.For example,Ti and B are added as grain finishes.Although these elements content is low.It has great influence on the properties of aluminum foil.AIFeSi compounds are always founded in industry pure aluminum.These compounds are hardly changed in specie,morphology and number,which are stored in final product.However,the size,type,shape,distribution and number of the secondary particles has a great influence on the strength,work ability,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the material However,the interaction between the secondary particles and the lubricate oil film is still unknown.The purpose of this paper is try to find the interaction mechanism between the secondary particles and the lubricate oil film.This paper is based on the finite element software Deform-3D.It is found that when the hardness ratio of the particle is similar to that of the matrix(R=1),the interaction mechanism of the dislocations with the particle is dislocation cutting way.When the hardness ratio of the particle to the matrix increases from 1 to 6,the interaction mechanism of the particle with the matrix changes from the dislocation cutting way to the Orowan dislocation bypass way.When the hardness ratio increases to as high as 6,dislocation interacts with the particle only by the Orowan dislocation bypass way.The exposure time of the secondary particles from the matrix in rolling process is linearly related to the particle depth.The dislocation mechanism also changes with the depth.When the depth is between 2-4?m,the secondary particles will be cut with the reduction increase.
