Using 1,2,3-benzotriazinone as the core structure,Three series of novel nematicides were designed and synthesized by reasonably introducing some potential active fragments into the core benzotriazinone scaffold,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR and high resolution mass spectroscopy?HRMS?.Their bioactivities were evaluated and the results showed that some of the target compounds exhibited good nematicidal activities,which can be new leading compounds for further derivatization.1)Using 1,2,3-Benzotriazin-4-one containing acylthiourea derivatives 27 as leading structure,thiourea structure was cyclized and form the structure of imidazolidine-2-thione,nine 1,2,3-benzotriazinone derivatives?series A?were designed and synthesized.The biological assays showed the inhibition rates of compounds A4 and A9 were 60%and 73.3%respectively against Meloidogyne incognita at the concentration of 40.0 mg L-1,but those of others were<50%.2)Using 1,2,3-benzotriazinone as the core structure,15 target compounds?series B?were designed and synthesized through the introduction of 1,2,3-triazole moieties thereinto to increase the systemic activity of compounds and strengthen the plants vigor by its plant growth regulation ability.Their in vivo biological assays showed that all target compounds exhibited certain inhibition activities against Meloidogyne incognita at 20 mg L"1,and compound B8 had relatively good activity at 20 mg L-1 with the inhibition rate of 83.3%.3)Based on the unique mechanism of plant disease elicitor,17 target compounds?series C?were designed and synthesized through the introduction of plant disease elicitor activity segment 1,2,3-thiadiazole into 1,2,3-benzotriazinone scaffold.Nematicidal activity assays showed that compounds C7,C12 and C15 had significant activities at 40 mg L-1 with 100%inhibition rates;Compound C7 gave a best performance in nematicidal activity at the concentration of 20 mg L-1 and 10 mg L-1,with inhibition rates of 75.0%and 55.5%,respectively.
