Research And Application Of Marine Ecological Environment Monitoring Technology Based On ArcGIS Engine

Ocean is the basis of the survival and development of mankind,the development of marine economy provides sustainable momentum for the country's.In the 10 th article of "the13th Five-year Plan",it puts forward to accelerate the improvement of ecological environment,the improvement and monitoring of marine ecological environment is also an integral part of the national economic and social development between 2016 and 2020.In order to effectively curb the deterioration of the ecological environment of our country,we need to strengthen the comprehensive management of the oceans,improve the ecological environment as soon as possible so as to maintain the public welfare brought by the marine ecological civilization and promote the information resources to provide better service for the national ecological civilization construction.The monitoring and improvement of marine ecological environment is also a great help to the production of fisheries,and promote the construction of fishery informatization.As the first island city and national Islands district in China,Zhoushan is the largest seafood processing,production and sales base by far,has now become a strong marine economy.Zhoushan and its adjacent sea areas are rich in marine resources,which is an important guarantee for regional economic development.The "water pollution prevention action plan" proposed by Zhoushan government in November 2016 refered that the scientific development of marine resources in and the protection of the ecological environment will be strengthened,the scientific and effective protection of the important,fragile and sensitive marine ecosystem will be implemented,the ecological construction and the comprehensive renovation of coastal zone and the comprehensive evaluation on the ecological environment and marine resources will also be enhanced.According to the current situation,the marine ecological environment application development combined with the data relying on the powerful spatial analysis ability and the second development interface of geographic information system has high practical significances.Depending on the project of “The application demonstration of equipment technology and intelligent monitoring for important biological resources and environment in thearchipelago sea area”,this paper introduces the background and significance of marine ecological environment construction and the development status of marine ecological environment monitoring at home and abroad.Then,the design requirements,data analysis and system structure function modules of the system are analyzed.The related technology and technical route are expounded.Finally,the relevant model and database used in the system analysis and evaluation module are given,and the final debugging and application is completed.The results achieve the Monitoring requirements for marine ecological environment with the ArcGIS Engine.
