This paper studied the construction of the basic database of mine geological environment management information system by using ArcGIS software platform.On the basis of extensive review of relevant domestic and foreign literature,I reviewed the latest research achievements and development trend of database technology and its application in mining geological environment database construction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the extensive investigation and summary of users' needs,the architecture system of mine geological environment database is deeply studied.Mine geological environment of the underlying database is divided into basic situation of mine and mine geological environment problem data module,and then the mine geological environment problem further subdivided into four subgroups and 17sub-sub-categories module,the key of the data stored in the module does systemic research on the content and form,thus build the mine geological environment management information system based database general pattern.2.Based on the analysis of the current database model,this paper chooses the relational model.Through the research and analysis of GIS software at home and abroad,ArcGIS with the most comprehensive spatial analysis function is selected.3.The design process of the basic database of mine geological environment management information system can be divided into three stages: conceptual design,logical design and physical design.Because the mine geological environment has the characteristics of diversity,complexity,quantity and disorder,the mine geological environment data information is transformed through the data model in this paper,so that the data can be recognized and recorded by the computer.Raster/vector hybrid data model was used to group and stratify the current data,dynamic information and physical geography related to mine geological environment.In addition,physical geographic information,mine geological environment problems and current geological environment information are recorded through relational data table,so as to build a multi-dimensional spatio-temporal database of time,space and topics,and finally realize the warehousing,editing and query of mine geological environment data.4.This paper build can meet the demand of government departments and the mining enterprise users the mine geological environment of the underlying database,the database is not only for the government department in charge of mine geological environment database management information system to provide the basis,but also is very beneficial to mining enterprises to the dynamic changes of the mine geological environment problems to implement information management.
