The fast development of industry,bringing convenience to people's lives but also brought environmental pollution,phenol wastewater as industrial pollutant in the people need to devote more energy to solve.Electrocatalytic oxidation is a promising electrochemical energy saving in water treatment technology,processing method and good controllability.People usually use electricity catalytic oxidation treatment of wastewater using only one anode,this experiment changed the past traditional practices,using two different kinds of anode are combined to phenol,the specific research results are as follows:The activity of Ti/Ir-Ru Ox?chlorine?,anode Ti/Ir-Ta Ox?oxygen?and non active anode Ti/PbO2,Ti/SnO2-Sb-Mo as the electrode,which adopts SEM,EDS and electrochemical oxidation technology of home-made Ti/SnO2-Sb-Mo electrode were investigated,results showed that the Ti/SnO2-Sb doped Mo electrode can improve the electrocatalytic activity,stability and life four kinds of electrode.The degradation of phenol wastewater simulated cell voltage were measured and analyzed,obtained four kinds of electrode stability is relatively strong,electric the catalytic oxidation activity of some good results,four kinds of representative electrode in electrochemical degradation of wastewater,the Ti/Ir-RuOx and Ti/Ir-RuOx&Ti/PbO2 single anode voltage minimum,3.3V,help to reduce energy consumption in the process of degradation,improve the current efficiency.The effects of current density,initial pH of solution,initial concentration of phenol simulated wastewater and the type of electrolyte on the degradation of phenol simulated wastewater were studied.Experimental results show that the removal rate of phenol wastewater increased with the increasing of current density and easy-going,considering the actual waste treatment effect and economic feasibility,determine the initial current density is 10mA/cm2,pH solution of 7 phenol treatment effect is the best,pH value is too high,too low is not conducive to the degradation of phenol,the initial concentration of phenol is 100mg/L degradation effect is better than that of 50mg/L and 200mg/L,for electric solution quality in Na2SO4 medium.The addition of a small amount of NaCl can improve the degradation rate and removal rate.Compared the single,binode of phenol wastewater degradation.Under the same reaction conditions,the wastewater four Ti/PbO2 single anode electrodes in the simulation of degradation of phenol is better than the other three kinds of electrodes,the removal rate is up to 98.2%,the degradation process of phenol wastewater by Ti/PbO2 electrode has been degraded into small molecular intermediate product,and further degraded.Four more degradation of double anode electrode of Ti/Ir-RuOx&Ti/PbO2 and Ti/Ir-RuOx&Ti/SnO2-Sb-Mo two a binode of phenol wastewater,the degradation effect is better,the removal rate can reach 98.4% and 98.8% respectively.The reaction of binode degradation process is more intense,the phenomenon of more significantly,higher reaction rate,better removal effect.Combination of active and non active anode anode electrode is conducive to both electrocatalytic activity and stability.
