This paper in-depth study of prevention and cure technology for rock burst of fully mechanized top coal caving working face which between large geologic structure and mined out area through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field application of a combination of methods.This paper is by on Zaozhuang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.Tianchen coal mine 7110 fully mechanized working face in 3F coal seam.Firstly the paper definite "Similar Island working face" which is diffrent from normal working face and Island working face.It is revealed that the roof is not continuous,which is a typical feature of the roof structure of the fully mechanized top coal caving face.And the influence of different roof breaking position on the stress distribution of working face is studied.Followed by analysis the paper analysised the different in Stress distribution between the road which driven along mined out area and the road which driving along large geologic structure.The influence of the fault on the groove was re recognized.It make clear the factor of road wall lay design about the road which driven along mined out area and the road which driving along large geologic structure.Study on the application of the numerical simulation method is verified by results of theoretical calculation.The theoretical calculation analysised the different in Stress distribution of large geologic structure with different width,and demonstrated the influence of different width coal pillar in rock burst hazard.So the result was used to optimize the width of protective coal pillar in driving along large geologic structure and large geologic structure.According to the working face to the local goaf propulsion,goaf isolated coal pillar width were demonstrated to reveal the influence of roof movement impact on the working face dangerous.Application of numerical simulation methods determine the minimum isolated coal pillar width,and application of numerical simulation analysis the large hole diameter discharge pressure drilling mechanism,reveal the mechanism for "reduced form increase change and energy consumption increased resistance,and" change "as the principle to establish the method of determining the coal seam drilling parameters.Design of 7110 fully mechanized working face in 3F coal seam pressure relief treatment program,and through the dynamic monitoring analysis,further reduce the fully mechanized coal mining area to promote the protection of coal pillar width to 60 m.This paper got a new understanding of the fault,the goaf to the pressure,throughthe technical research and practical application.The method and the result can be used into "Similar Island working face" design.
