Pellets is an important part in the steel industry.At the present stage,low degree of automation and over-reliance on manual control still lie in the pellet production.Researchers in high schools has researched the automation control in pellet production,but limited to time and space,the research of automatic control policy in pellet production cannot be carried out at any time.With the development of computer technology,the virtual production line which is based on software can easily solve the problems above.In this paper,the pellet virtual production line composed of three-dimensional animation for the real Industrial site can supply the virtual model for the researches.Meanwhile,the inside signal generator can simulate the uncertain signal in real site.Users can carry on theoretical research with the virtual production line.Furthermore,the virtual pellets production line can give some suggestion to the construction of real production lineThe main research content in the paper are as follows:1.Based on the problem of speed and materials thickness,the new control policy which is composed of feedforward control and feedback control.There,the artificial intelligence algorithm is made as the controller in feedforward control.The new policy can solve the problem of over-reliance on manual control.In the temperature field,the heat flow is established as the guide for the construction of virtual temperature field.2.The virtual production line programmed by LabVIEW DSC module is published to the local area network under the B/S Network Models.There are five modules in the system,which are data information module,virtual production module,program interface module,online help module and report module.The data information module achieves the function of user information management.The virtual production module is the key part in the system.The virtual models made by three-dimensional animation can simulate the real device.Additionally,the signal and disturbance signal are introduced into the system by LabVIEW,which can increase the authenticity of the system.The program interface module is the media for the program which is made by user.The report module has the function of online submitting and making.3.The research of theory is based on the virtual production line.CMAC and FCMAC algorithms are introduced as the controller in the simulation of speed and materials thickness.The results which are produced in CMAC and FCMAC simulation can bring some suggestion to the real produced line.
