The traditional mechanical equipment operating system can control the mechanical equipment stable running,but in terms of human-computer interaction,there is room for improvement.In this paper,choose OpenSceneGraph,which is based on the cross platform interactive graphic program,to develop the control system of variable height roll forming production line.On the basis of the conventional control system interface,three-dimensional visualization interface is added to display the running state of the production line in real time.The contents of this paper are described as follows.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanical structure of variable height roll forming line,and runs the mechanical dynamic analysis of variable cross-section roll forming unit.Clear and definite the workflow of each part of the production line,and determine the control platform scheme.According to the control platform scheme and the results of dynamic analysis,select hardware to build the control platform.Finally,develope the 3D visualization interface of variable cross-section forming unit based on OSG.In this way,the interactive experience of roll forming control system is improved.This production line uses SIEMENS motion controller,the model is SIMOTION D455-2,according to the results of finite element simulation,obtain the forming force in the process of variable cross-section.Then calculate torque of the motor with variable cross-section,and the required motor power is calculated according to the resualt.According to the control plan,select the required components,motors,hardware modules,and assign the IO,design the software structure and control flow of the lower computer.In this paper,choose Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the integrated development environment.Add OSG graphics interactive program to MFC,display the position of variable cross-section roll in real time.Finish the communication between upper computer and lower computer by using TCP/IP communication protocol.Finally,product the target workpiece,and complete the experimental verification.According to the experimental results,the control system can run stably and achieve the expected function.
