In this thesis,macrolides(MACs)antibiotics were selected as the target compounds for study.Magnetic restricted access material(MRAM),magnetic molecularly imprinted restricted-access material(MMIP-RAM)were prepared based on magnetic nano-partical(Fe3O4).The materials were successfully applied to MACs analysis in honey samples.For the preparation of MRAM,the alcohol group was first introduced into nanometer iron surface through the hydrolysis of sodium silicate.Followed by the silanization,atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)and hydrolysis reaction,the MRAM material was succefully prepared.The results showed that the fabricated material has a quick and effective ability in the process of sample preparation,with an enrichment factor of 520.The linear was ranged from 10-200?g/L with correlation coefficient R2>0.99.LOD and LOQ are ranged from 0.076 to 0.286?g/L and 0.25 to 0.95?g/L,respectively.The recoveries of spiked sample are between 92.49%and 109.39%.For the preparation of MMIP-RAM,the template molecule(Spiramycin)and functional monomer was prepolymerization.Followed by added crosslinker and hydrolysis of epoxy group the MMIP-RAM material was succefully prepared.The results showed that the material has a high magnetization value(44.21 emu g-1)and enrichment factor is up to 799.In real sample analysis,the linear was ranged from 10-500?g/L with correlation coefficient R2>0.99,LOD and LOQ are ranged from 1.18?g/L to 4.5?g/L and 3.95?g/L to 15?g/L,respectively.The recoveries of spiked sample are between 86.91 to 128.72%.Finally,chosing tilmicosin as template molecule,magnetic semi-covalent molecularly imprinted polymer was successfully prepared by semi-covalent reaction.By coating with a layer of PVA,the biocompatiblitiy of the materials can be effectively increased.The selectivity of material has been preliminary evaluated.
