As an important method of analysis and detection,electrochemical sensor has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and real-time on-line detection in complex environment.It has wide application in clinical medicine,food and medicine industry,agriculture,life sciences and environmental protection.The electrode material is the key factor to determine the performance of the electrochemical sensor,so the development of some excellent performance of the electrode material is the focus of electrochemical sensor research.At present,carbon nanomaterials,conductive polymers,metal or metal oxide nanoparticles and bioactive molecules and other materials have been widely used as electrode modifiers,prepared a large number of excellent performance,wide range of electrochemical sensors.By combining two or more materials with different properties,the obtained composite material has a significant advantage in improving the performance of electrochemical sensors.Compared with the single component,the composite can not only combine the advantages of each component,but also show superior performance under the synergistic effect.Various metal composites with good conductivity and electrocatalytic properties can be achieved by combining the advantages of metal and substrate.The application of metal composite materials to electrochemical sensors can significantly improve the response signal of the sensor and improve the sensitivity of the method.And these metal composites based sensors tend to show enhanced sensing performances.Graphene has a unique two-dimensional structure,good conductivity,high specific surface area,etc.,can effectively improve the catalytic performance of electrochemical sensors.Based on the above analysis,this paper based on metal composite materials and graphene,the construction of electrochemical sensors were dopamine and p-nitrophenol detection,In the Chapter 1,a brief overview of metal composite materials,graphene and electrochemical sensors is presented.In the Chapter 2,The rGO-poly(Cu-AMT)nanocomposite was synthesized with Cu2+-2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole complex(Cu(?)-AMT)via a simple electrochemical method and then combine with graphene.We have constructed the electrochemical sensor of rGO-poly(Cu-AMT)nanocomposite modified electrochemical sensor,which can realize the ultra-sensitive detection of dopamine and discuss the electron transfer kinetics of dopamine on the electrode material.In the Chapter 3,The rGO-poly(Cu-GSH)nanocomposite was prepared by electrochemical polymerization method.The r GO-poly(Cu-GSH)nanocomposite modified electrochemical sensor was applied to linear scanning voltammetry for the detection of 4-nitrophenol.The electrochemical sensor showed better stability,higher sensitivity,a wide linear range of 0.05-300 ?M and a lower detection limit of 13.56 nM.
