| Coal resources not only have made great contributions to the rapid development of economy in our country,but also caused a series of geological disasters and geological environment problems.A large number of mining of coal resources in Shulan city of Jilin Province generated a large area of goaf and led to surface collapse,surface collapse and other geological disasters.The maximum surface collapse hazard having given rise to many casualties and accidents constrained people’s life safety and economic development in Shulan mining area.With the closing of the last three coal mines in Shulan,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the risk of surface collapse.This paper combining with the Shulan coal mining and geological conditions,utilizes the calculation function by the ArcGIS software for the assessment of hazard,vulnerability and risk of surface collapse and get the zoning map of surface collapse risk that provides suggestions and plans for the government based on geological factors.First of all,relying on the survey and plan of 1:50000 geological disasters in Shulan,this paper combines with the remote sensing information for analyzing surface collapse,investigations and engineering geological conditions of the study area,and analyses the information of the development,exploitation of coal resources and surface collapse having occurred in the distribution and development.The influence of coal mining conditions,formation lithology and geological structure on surface collapse is analyzed.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism of surface collapse in Shulan and analyzes the influencing factors.With the comprehensive analysis of surface collapse information of the study area,we select three aspects about the mining conditions,geological factors and ground load,containing nine evaluation factors,stopping mining time,coal layers,mining depth,the ratio of depth and thickness,angle of coal seam,thickness of Quaternary,roof lithology,fracture,and roads.Using the AHP-information method,we evaluate the hazard of surface collapse and get a drawing of the surface collapse fatalness of the study area.Secondly,according to the field survey and high definition remote sensing image interpretation results,identified in the economic value and discount coefficient of buildings,which is divided into ground vulnerability material and environmental indexes collapse,of the study area.The comprehensive value index of disaster bearing body is obtained.ArcGIS software is used to calculate the economic loss value of ground collapse in each grid used to evaluate the vulnerability of ground collapse.According to the comprehensive analysis,the range of residential building and the range of Wuhua highway are high vulnerability area.Finally,according to the risk and vulnerability zoning map of surface collapse in study area,using ArcGIS software for grid computing function and superposition analysis,we obtain the risk map of ground collapse in the study area.It is considered that the risk of goaf surface collapse disaster of the Fuquan village Taipingtun,Dongfu village Dongfusanduitun,and Wuhua highway of Fuquan and Dongfu village is high;it needs to take measures to reduce the risk. |
