Fushun city is a typical mining city,which has made an important contribution to the healthy economic development of our country,but the geological hazard risk not only seriously affects the safety of life and property in the mining area and its surrounding area,but also threatens the safety of the whole city,hinders or even makes the city show a negative development trend.Unlike acute shocks,the risks of geological hazards in mining areas are both acute and chronic.Acute shocks allow cities to gain immunity through reflection and learning,and make them develop into higher life forms.However,chronic shocks can damage the stability of urban ecosystems,economic systems,social systems and engineering systems.Persecution of the cis-city system continues to accumulate,causing the urban systems to collapse or become extremely unhealthy.But the traditional urban development research does not consider the mining area geological disaster risk to the city overall development influence.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the persecution degree of geological hazard risk to the whole development of the city from the perspective of urban system,and to diagnose the health degree of urban life.The vulnerability theory is an important tool to measure the health of the city,then the article takes Fushun city as an example,on the basis of fully combing the relevant literature,to characterize the impact of geological hazard risk in mining area on the development of Fushun city,from the point of view of urban system,according to the vulnerability evaluation Based on the theory and the principle of the association number method,a series of studies were carried out on the vulnerability change of Fushun city under the influence of geological hazard risk in the mining area before and after the closed pit in the west open air.(1)The index system of vulnerability assessment in Fushun city is constructed under the influence of geological hazard risk in mining area.On the basis of the analysis of vulnerability connotation and evaluation process,we first use the literature research-expert brainstorming method to determine the vulnerability evaluation index of Fushun city under the influence of sudden disaster risk and gradual disaster risk,and then use the expert scoring-gray statistical method to screen and determine the vulnerability evaluation index of Fushun city under the influence of geological disaster risk in mining area,and finally get the four kinds of influencing factors of ecological environment,economic fragility,social and engineering vulnerability,thatis,specific sub-factors,and use the hierarchical analysis-entropy method to determine the weight.(2)The vulnerability grade of Fushun city under the influence of geological hazard risk in mining area was evaluated.According to the relevant literature and the economic development of Fushun city,the classification standard of vulnerability grade and the threshold of each index are defined,and the vulnerability grade of Fushun city is evaluated by using the method of set-pair connection number,and the vulnerability grade of Fushun city from 2007 to 2017 is obtained.(3)The change trend of vulnerability of Fushun city before and after closed pit in Xitian mining area was analyzed.Based on the grade of vulnerability assessment,this paper analyzes the law of vulnerability change in Fushun city from 2007 to 2017,and determines the vulnerability ranking of Fushun city compared with other cities in Liaoning province by comparing the social and economic growth level of each city from 2007 to 2017.(4)Put forward the measures of vulnerability control and geological hazard risk control in Fushun city.Based on the theory of benchmark city management,the vulnerability gap between benchmark city and Fushun city is analyzed,and the problems of vulnerability control in Fushun city are determined.
