The groove body has a very wide range of applications in the field of welding,the processing of the groove is also increasingly diversified.In order to solve some of the problems existing in the current groove processing,to achieve the purpose of automatic groove welding,this paper proposed the use of groove processing special CNC machine tools to complete the groove milling processing,and the processing principle and process of the groove of the pipe body are studied.Firstly,the mathematical model of intersecting line of intersecting pipe is studied,on the basis of mathematical model of orthogonal intersecting line,to establish a blunt edge and no blunt edge of the equal angle groove mathematical model.With the groove cross section solder filled with equal views as a guide,the relationship between the filling area of the solder and the angle of the groove was studied,To establish a blunt edge and no blunt edge of the variable angle(equal section)groove mathematical model,the groove profile is represented as a spatial coordinate point,providing data support for the groove machining.Secondly,through the static analysis of the machine structure,the structural layout of the machine tool for the groove processing is completed.The main part of the machine and the movement function are analyzed,the principle of intersecting surface and groove surface of machine tool body is studied.The relationship between the axes of the machine tool is clarified and the mathematical model of machine tool machining is established.The use of three-dimensional software to complete the workpiece and machine tools for digital and parametric solid modeling;The correctness of the mathematical model of machining is verified by the simulation of groove machining.Again,The method of groove processing is put forward on the basis of machine tool,through the macro program preparation process research,complete the preparation of the program and the actual processing.The effect of the step size between programming points and feed rate on the program for quality of the groove surface processing is analyzed,complete the optimization of the macro program,through the actual processing that program optimization effect is good.Finally,an in-machine measurement method for detecting the profile of the groove is realized by the combination of the photoelectric finder and the numerical control system,the least squares method is used to process the measurement data and image fitting,the machining error analysis is carried out by comparing the profile measurement profile with the theoretical profile.The tool cutting state is simulated in the three-dimensional software,the influence of the tool on the groove machining error is studied,and the method of reducing the error is put forward.Using finite element method for the optimized cutting tool for modal analysis,The results of the analysis are in accordance with the dynamic rigid requirements;The relationship between cutting depth and tool deformation is studied to determine the optimal cutting depth to guide the actual machining.The purpose of this study is to study the special CNC machine tools for groove processingand groov processing principle and process,to solve the current lack of machining,and promote the field of welding processing equipment and welding automation development.
