Research On NC Machining Process Of Steering Brake Valve Body In SD7 Bulldozer

The thesis is the study of processing technology of steering brake valve forSD7 bulldozer. It's a practical explore of the processing by machining center forvalve body and other parts, which have poor technology.In this thesis, at first, we put forward the problem through analyzing of thequality problem of steering brake valve body of SD7 bulldozer. Then we make adeep study of the processing technology of the valve. At the same time, ,boringquality was analyzed. On the basis of above ,we design the program in the end,.The flexibility program which was used by FANUC custom macro was madeto solve the problem of irregular blank.
