Research On Risk Classification System Of High-risk Post In Enterprises

Under the circumstances of rapid economic development,the chemical industry is booming,in recent years many accidents occurred in chemical enterprises,if these accidents occurred,it will cause serious casualties and economic losses.Numerous painful lessons prompted us to continue to explore the safety of dangerous enterprises.According to past experience,accidents often have something to do with the existing risk of high-risk post.According to this phenomenon,the research and application of risk classification system of dangerous enterprises in high risk post is proposed in this paper,and this paper provides technical support for enterprise management to grasp critical point control,so as to improve the level of management and control of enterprise risk.According to five kinds of risk that exist in the process of operation poisoning,suffocation;inflammable,explosive;corrosion,bums;environmental impact and other,and high risk operation characteristics and the main characteristics of accident,high-risk work post risk factors are analyzed in this paper,the risk classification indexes are determined with Delphi.On the basis of LEC,the risk classification model of high-risk post are build with the possibility of accident,accident consequences and the degree of exposure of the operator,so that the risk classification index system of dangerous chemical enterprises high-risk post is build.Through the combination of cloud models and expert scoring method, the weight of each index is effectively determined,and the weight is normalize which not only effectively avoid the defect of the fixed weight,but weaken the impact of expert subjective factors.The criteria for risk classification is determined by reference to critical hazard classification criteria,it is divided into low risk,moderate risk,high risk and higher risk.Based on the score and weight of risk factors of high-risk work post in project,the risk of each post is calculated,and the risk level are determined,and the hidden danger are analyzed and suggestions for improvements are proposed.The practical application of 600,000 tons/year of alkali in Huainan shows that,according to the results of the first operating conditions,targeted improvement measures are taken in the higher risk of post,and then the results of the second operating conditions are obtained.By the consequence of two results,there are not only good science and rationality,but also better dynamic and feasibility in this paper,which can identify high-risk post and its potential risks conveniently and frequently,Which has certain guiding significance to the dangerous management of high-risk operation.
