Study On The Relationship Between Interface Of Composite Plates Formed And Quantity Of Dynamite Of Explosive Welding Composite Plate

As a kind of special welding technology of explosive welding,explosive welding composite plate can be obtained by explosive combination of various metals,and in addition to explosive clad plate,also can have a variety of forms,especially the explosion of high bonding strength,petrochemical,metallurgy,machinery,aerospace and other industries.Our main research is the relationship between interface of composite plates formed and quantity of dynamite of explosive welding composite plate.There are three kinds of waveforms in the composite plate due to explosive welding,I hope through research to small wave or microwave from to improve the welding quality.It is found that the interface is directly related to the interface of composite plates formed and quantity of dynamite.Through the study of the window for weldability and the window to obtain optimized quantity of dynamite,some advantages of the different thickness of the material were found.According to the above research and the strict control of explosive welding composite board construction technology,we found the window to obtain optimized quantity of dynamite of T10,and practical application of the S30403/Q345R in the practical application of norms,and achieve good results.
