In today's gradual reduction of existing resources for direct exploitation of coal,natural gas,etc.,research into industries that use new resources such as solar energy,wind energy,geothermal energy,and nuclear energy has begun to emerge.Among them,nuclear energy as a new type of energy,its raw materials can be extracted from seawater in large quantities,rich in resources,can greatly reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources.Therefore,as a new type of energy,nuclear energy plays an indispensable role in the future development.The vacuum chamber is one of the main components of the China Nuclear Fusion Experimental Reactor(CFETR).It needs to support the internal components of the vacuum chamber and the mechanical load caused by its operation.Therefore,the vacuum chamber has very high reliability requirements.The vacuum chamber window collar is a connecting section for connecting the inside of the experimental reactor vacuum chamber and the outer neck tube,but its structure is relatively complicated,and the space and weight are relatively large.Therefore,after the collar and the vacuum chamber window are integrally welded together,it is not easy to be integrally processed,and it needs to be butt-joined with the hyperbolic structure vacuum chamber body,so the manufacturing precision of the window collar is required to ensure the connection between the vacuum chamber and the neck tube.Closeness.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of the welding process of the window collar,a welding method with a small welding deformation—vacuum electron beam welding was found.Because the manufacturing precision of the window collar is relatively high,the window collar is welded by electron beam welding after querying the literature.In order to reduce the welding deformation of the collar of the fusion chamber vacuum chamber in the future,the inherent strain method is used to calculate the deformation caused by the welding of the window collar.The welding software simulation is used to predict the welding deformation of the window collar: the deformation caused by welding under the natural state and the fixture state is set,and the influence of the fixture on the welding deformation of the window collar is studied.The main content of this paper is: the window collar body is processed by 50 mm thick 304 L austenitic stainless steel.Therefore,a variety of tests are carried out on the electron beam welding machine to weld 50 mm thick 304 L austenitic stainless steel,and various parameters in the welding process are collected.Provide a reference for subsequent welding work.The window collar is a complex curved structure,so it can not be fixed by conventional tooling before welding.Therefore,this paper designs a set of special welding fixtures for the fixed constraints when welding.Firstly,the collar is split and divided into 6 parts and welded separately.The unconstrained welding simulation analysis of the collar is carried out by SYSWELD software,and the deformation result is obtained.Then use the Ansys analysis module to analyze whether the designed tooling can support the collar in a vacuum welding working condition to ensure the reliability of the tooling.Finally,after the tooling design,together with the parts to be welded,the SYSWELD software is used to simulate the welding process to see if the design tooling can effectively guarantee the welding deformation.The feasibility of the design tooling is demonstrated by comparing the results of the two analyses.Figure [101] table [10] reference [57]...
