The process of droplet evaporation and self-assembly is a popular material,chemical and biomedical,and its main research is the self-assembly process of droplets in droplets and the analysis of droplet deposits.There are many factors that affect the self-assembly of droplet evaporation,but there are few studies on the self-assembly process of droplet evaporation by means of plasma modified materials.In this paper,the effect of mass-blocked discharge(DBD)on the self-assembly of droplet evaporation is mainly due to the degree of modification of the substrate.It is discussed by DBD plasma modified slides and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),the surface and the roughness of the material were changed,and the hydrophobicity of the material was changed.On the basis of this,the droplet evaporation self-assembly experiment was carried out to analyze the droplet evaporation pattern and analyze the plasma The effect of the surface of the material on the droplet evaporation pattern.In the course of the experiment,the CTP-2000K type DBD plasma was established as the discharge device of this experiment.It was found that the blocking medium was the main factor affecting the discharge form.Three different blocking medium experiments were designed,and the high-speed camera And then use the oscilloscope's double-track function to measure the vibration energy of the Lissajous waveform,and finally select the polytetrafluoroethylene as the blocking medium.Based on the above experimental results,the design of the DBD plasma was used to treat the surface of the material,And the surface effect of the material was reflected by the contact angle.The droplet evaporation experiment was carried out on the surface of the treated material.The deposited pattern was recorded by polarizing microscope.The image was analyzed by using the software such as ScopeImage to analyze the hydrophilicity of the substrate Will significantly reduce the "coffee ring" effect of the effect.At the same time in the experiment and the introduction of the ambient temperature and solution concentration ratio and other variables,once again droplet evaporation experiments and found that with the temperature rise,due to the role of surface tension "coffee ring" effect will be inhibited,but the solution concentration Produce the opposite effect.Based on the analysis of the experimental results in this paper,it can lead a new research direction for the field of droplet evaporation and also bring a new breakthrough for DBD plasma surface modification.
