Huainan Yangzhuang and Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area were selected as the main object of study,the content of OCPs in water body and suspended matter in Subsidence Area were determined by GC/MS,the pretreatment method of water body was solid phase extraction and self-assembly column purification,and the pretreatment method of suspended matter is Soxhlet extraction and self-assembly column purification.The existence and spatial distribution and sources of OCPs in the subsidence area were analyzed,and the relationship between chlorophyll a and OCP was analyzed.Results were listed as follows:1.The distribution of chlorophyll a in water samples of Yangzhuang and Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area was uneven,which was seriously affected by the surrounding environment,the concentration of chlorophyll a showed a decreasing trend from the surface to the bottom,The concentration of chlorophyll a in Yangzhuang coal mining subsidence area is slightly higher than that of Xieqiao.2.The average content of OCPs in water and water suspension in Yangzhuang coal mining subsidence area was 627.77 ng/L and 652.44 ng/L.the average content of OCPs in water and water suspension in Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area was 627.77 ng/L and 652.44 ng/L.The OCPs pollution of water in Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area was slight than Yangzhuang,OCPs of suspended matter was serious than Yangzhuang.3.The total OCPs in water decreased gradually from surface to bottom,while the content of suspended matter in total OCPs increased gradually from the top surface to the bottom in Yangzhuang coal mining subsidence area,the total OCPs content in water from the top surface to the bottom first decreased and then increased,and the OCPs of suspended matter gradually increased from the top surface to the bottom.4.The HCHs in water mainly came from the recent use of Lin Dan insecticides,HCHs in suspended matter was derived from the use of recent and historical Lin Dan insecticides,the main source of DDTs in water was the mixed pollution of industrial DDTs in the short term,the main source of DDTs in the suspended matter was the pollution of Dicofol in Yangzhuang coal mining subsidence area.HCHs in water and suspended matter was mainly derived from the recent use of Lin Dan insecticides,the main source of DDTs in water and suspended matter was derived from the recent mixed pollution of industrial DDTs and Dicofol.5.The correlation between characteristic OCPs in subsidence area was high,chlorophyll a in water body was highly negatively correlated with OCPs in Yangzhuang coal mining subsidence area at each sampling point surface,correlation between chlorophyll a and other parts of OCPs were low or irrelevant,These maight be affected by the disturbance of water sediment,the toxic effect of OCPs and the effect of toxicity.
