During the slicing of thick coal seam,the bottom layer working face of mine pressure and long wall working face in general is significantly different,the overlying strata of the working face are affected by two times of mining,the coal body in front of the work face is easy to slice and the roof is easy to fall,working face roof management more difficult,on the bottom layer layer mining work the overlying strata movement and control and mine pressure behavior,layered working face provide theoretical guidance and basis for miningThe roof of the 11111 working face of Panbei Coal Mine is divided into two conditions:the solid coal roof and the goaf roof,through theoretical analysis,reveal the roof structure and mechanical characteristics,analyzes on the stratification effects of mining on the stratification,studies the different roof conditions supporting resistance formula;through the numerical simulation of different roof conditions,rock and poor roof breaking rules,mining characteristics and support pressure stress analysis.Through the observation of mine pressure in working face roof during the initial mining caving situation,comparative analysis of goaf roof conditions and solid coal roof condition,coal wall spalling,analysis of face support pressure criterion,determine the working face during the initial mining working face pressure to step away from the work advanced surface coal stress observation,analysis of working face roof under the front abutment pressure distribution law.The results of this study,the roof coal mining face under the condition of the entity and the general regularity of mine pressure in single coal seam mining;mining face goaf roof under the condition of layered coal mining influence,serious damage,face support static load,the roof of "three zone height" is obviously higher than that of roof coal entity the height of "three zone".
