In this paper,Yuanzhuang mine 4111.working face mining roadway deformation for two as the background,the research of pressure relief groove pressure relief control method in the application of roadway deformation,on the basis of in-depth study on the previous research,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research method of engineering the pressure relief groove parameters to verify the effect of pressure relief and,the following are the main conclusions:(1)Unloading theory of roadway deformation control method is weakening surrounding rock zone is formed in the shallow rock through technical measures,the release of part of elastic energy in surrounding rock,the surrounding rock stress transfer to the deep surrounding rock,while reducing the stress peak size.(2)The construction method of unloading trough is simple,the material consumption is small,and the slotting section is large.Compared with the coal seam water injection and pressure relief method,the drilling and unloading method is more suitable for the weak surrounding rock environment of the 4111 mining face of Yuan Zhuang mine(3)Analysis of the three zones of shallow rocks "(plastic zone and elastic zone and original stress zone)the relationship between the strength of surrounding rock and surrounding rock stress in the plastic zone of surrounding rock strength is less than the strength of surrounding rock elastic zone,plastic zone in surrounding rock of the absolute value of the stress growth rate is less than the elastic zone surrounding rock stress growth or fall,the original rock should be the strength of surrounding rock stress area is greater than the stress of surrounding rock.(4)On the two sides of tunnel built beam mechanical model,a pressure rod model on the roadway floor,for after the discovery,in the use of the rectangular roadway in excavation roadway,roof and floor and two sides of the maximum deflection produced in the central position of the roadway surface.Through the calculation of the pressure rod model,the critical pressure and the maximum deflection position solution the floor heave destruction.(5)Analysis of the experimental results of numerical simulation,obtained should transfer from the peak force is approximately equal to the depth of the groove,two sides of roadway deformation changes with the groo ve width of the groove depth of a mountain like,in the groove width 0.4m,the peak appeared at high 0.4m slot;groove high parameter has little influence on the two sides of the deformation,in order to avoid the collapse hole,decresing the pressure relief groove.
