As the country's new environmental laws, environmental protection is more and more cause the attention of all walks of life. For coking enterprise, must re-examine gas purification process, the optimization and improvement of gas purification technology is imperative. The desulfurization and sulfur recovery technology of desulfurization is important to the processing of waste liquid, the recycling of the demand of desulphurization waste liquid, is the key to ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system.PDS desulphurization technique was studied in this paper, the main operating temperature, solution pH, concentration of solution composition, PDS, suspended sulfur,deputy salt in PDS desulphurization process in practical production on the desulfurization efficiency, the influence of the desulfurization equipment, and according to the PDS desulphurization process factors, aiming at shenmu oil-rich energy technology co., LTD.,PDS desulphurization process in the operation of the device of desulfurization efficiency decline, such as equipment corrosion problems, based on the desulfurization tower replacement light porcelain packing to reduce the desulfurization tower resistance, add oil removal purification tower desulfurization inlet gas, the transformation into liquid trough plate distributor, the desulfurization tower desulfurization efficiency more than 6%, and through the monitoring of regeneration tower tower wall thickness, seek out the corrosion mechanism of the existence of different part of regeneration tower, regeneration tower is put forward comprehensive anticorrosive processing, slow down the corrosion phenomenon.The treatment of desulfurization waste liquid were studied, through the analysis of the secondary salt in the desulfurization waste water, found that there are a large number of sodium sulfate, sodium thiocyanate and other ingredients in the desulfurization waste water,as industrial raw materials with high economic value, and through fractional crystallization,the purity of the recovered sodium thiocyanate can reach industry standard.
