Wet desulphurization, because of the continuous operation, desulfurizer renewable recycling, etc, become the first selection of coking enterprises at home and abroad. Xu Yang group coking company adopts is HPF wet desulphurization cyanide, soon made by ammonia alkali source, PDS as catalyst and hydroquinone as help push agent of a desulfurization cyanide process, the process has a short process, less equipment investment, operation cost is low, the advantages of being used by most coking enterprises. But the process is the production process in the desulfurization liquid two salt growth too fast, make effective component is reduced, resulting in a decline in the desulfurization efficiency. If the equipment normal operation, the desulfurization liquid two salt content in the slow growth.Both the increase of the content of salt in desulfurization liquid can increase the viscosity of the desulfurization liquid, increase energy consumption and reduce the gas-liquid contact area and improve the desulfurization tower of h2 s content in gas, after reducing the desulfurization efficiency.iming at these problems, in the research of literature and combined with analysis of its operation data, aiming at two in the desulfurization liquid salt the cause of the rapid growth rate, the process conditions(including the PDS and the concentration of hydroquinone, add ferrous sulfate, air flow, suspended sulfur content, reaction temperature, the effects of factors such as the transformation of two salt growth rate), equipment structure and four aspects of the technological process was studied, on the premise of guarantee the stability of the desulfurization efficiency is obtained, the optimum process conditions of growth inhibition of two salt content as follows: reaction temperature of 35 ℃, PDS, hydroquinone and ferrous sulfate, in turn, is the best concentration of 0.8 mg/L, 0.3 g/L and 3 g/L, 1 g/L suspended sulfur content, the volume of compressed air and liquid desulfurization is about 0.9-1.1, the desulfurization efficiency reached 98%, the salt content stability control within the 200 g/L, through the past data tracking, stable running effect, effectively suppress the excessively rapid increasing of the two salt effect. The desulfurization liquid less each day before a improvement with 40 tons, achieved good results.
