With the gradual improvement of people's living standard in recent years and the change of agricultural production from quantity type to quality type and benefit type, the demand for food quality safety and health is increasing day by day.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly pointed out the importance of ensuring food security in China. As the most important food source of human beings, the monitoring of heavy metal content in food crops is of great significance.Farmland soil and irrigation water is one of the most important factors affecting the heavy metal content of agricultural products, this paper analysis the effects of soil heavy metal pollution on crop heavy metals in recent years were summarized, and five soil samples were collected from Wuwei city,Gansu Province. The contents of eight major heavy metals in maize grain samples and soil,Water and food crops to explore the influence of heavy metal pollution on the heavy metal content of grain crops, and to reveal the existing rules,so as to provide reference for grain quality safety assurance in Hexi corridor,an important production area in northwest China. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The detection results of Ni are in the range of 0.014-0.049 mg / L;the detection results of Hg are 0.00021-0.000033 mg / L;the detection results of As are in the range of 0.00044-0.00088 mg / L;Pb The detection results of Zn in the range of 0.0208-0.0308 mg / L;the detection results of Cd in the range of 0.0178-0.0199 mg / L;Cr detection results in the range of 0.0222-0.0294 mg / L;The detection range of Cu is 0.0246-0.0415 mg / L.Heavy metal elements such as Ni,Hg,As,Pb and Zn in the local irrigation water were lower than the national standard, while heavy metals such as Cd,Cr and Cu were slightly higher than the national standard of heavy metal content of irrigation water.2.The heavy metals content in farmland soil samples of Wuwei City was compared with national soil heavy metal content standard. It can be found that the contents of other heavy metals in farmland soil of Wuwei City exceeded the standard except Pb,and the As and Cd local exceeded the standard. And close to the national standard.3.The detection result of Hg was 0.016-0.039 mg / L,the detection result of As was 0.009-0.0244 mg / L,the content of Pb was in the range of 0.006-0.024 mg / L,The detection results were in the range of 0.025-0.059 mg / L,the detection results of Zn were in the range of 3.385-5.839 mg / L,the detection limit of Cd was 0.003-0.005 mg / L,the detection range of Cu was 0.124-0.213 mg / L.4.The data shows that the heavy metal content of corn grain crops in Wuwei area is not excessive, the pollution level is safe, the pollution level is clean, all accord with national food, food hygiene standard and safe agricultural product quality standard, belong to Pollution-free agricultural products.
