Viscose fiber was one of regenerated cellulose fiber;it can be inexhaustible in supply and always available for use.For its excellent wearability and brilliant dyeability,viscose has been widely used in all walks of life.However,with the improvement of people's living standard,the enhancement of safety consciousness and the increase of fire frequency,the study on the FR viscose textile becomes very important.Textiles are made up of fiber.Generally,FR viscose textile is made by after-finfish,while its flame retardant efficiency will weaken with the time going by and washing times being increased.Therefore,the study on the development of FR viscose fiber is of great significance.This thesis has done some basic researches on the physical properties,structure and dyeing properties of FR viscose fiber,which aims to be very helpful to the more effective dyeing and application during industrial application.The main research methods of this paper are as follows: a comparation between non FR viscose fiber and FR viscose fiber was made.First,the sample of FR viscose fiber was prepared firstly,and the properities on flame retardancy,water resistance and dyeing during high temperature were measured;then the SEM image,FR viscose fiber,as well as the thermal analysis image(Tg),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),related mechanical also other physical properties were determined to verify its flame retardancy,and the results above lay the foundation for the theory behind the next dyeing experiment;Secondly,basic study on the dyeing properties of FR visocse fiber were determined base on the experiment with three kinds of reactive dyes(A-2BF red,4RFN yellow,dark blue A-2GLN)and FR vicose fiber which included dyeing kinetics(dyeing rate curve,equilibrium dye uptake,the diffusion coefficient,half dyeing time and dyeing rate constant),dyeing thermodynamics(adsorption isotherm,dyeing affinity,dyeing thermal,dyeing entropy)and dyeing promotion;Finally Correlation color fastness of FR viscose fiber,including rubbing fastness,soaping fastness,was determined.The experimental results showed that the FR viscose fiber had good flame resistance,flame resistance durability and resistance to high temperature dyeing;flame retardant displayed on the surface of FR viscose fiber by Scanning electron microscope images(SEM);thermal analysis(Tg)indicated that the carbon residue of FR viscose fiber was higher;X diffraction diagram showed that the FR viscose fiber belongs to cellulose?,and the crystallinity was relatively small;-NHcharacteristics of groups could be found on the infrared spectral features,and FR viscose fiber crystallinity was relatively low by calculating the relative crystallinity of K(A1372/A2900);the mechanical properties of flame retardant after-finishing,fiber strength and tensile strength decreased slightly;through the experiment of dyeing kinetics of FR viscose fiber and non FR viscose fiber,it was found that FR viscose fiber equilibrium dye uptake was slightly lower,The dye uptake decreased,half dyeing time smaller with the increase of temperature;According to the results of dyeing thermodynamics,it was concluded that the reactive dye to FR viscose fiber belongs to the Freundlich type adsorption;FR viscose fiber had relatively small adsorption capacity,relatively small affinity compared with non FR viscose,meanwhile dyeing enthalpy and entropy were all negative,and the absolute value of the negative was relatively low compared with the flame retardant;both the viscose fiber had good color fastness,while the wet rubbing fastness of FR viscose fiber was slightly lower.
