With the development of science and inter-disciplinary integration of technology,through the combination of textile technology and information technology,making the textile in the direction of intelligent development,in order to better meet the smart textile research and development,to solve the ultracapacitor electrode material flexibility has become key problem of research.As the electrode material is the key to determine the performance of supercapacitors,and textile fibers have better flexibility and strength.Therefore,it is the focus of the research that the electrode fabricated with textile fiber as the based material for the preparation of flexible electrode for wearable supercapacitor.In order to take full advantage of the specific surface area of textile fibers,the choice of fiber or yarn as the substrate preparation of fiber-based supercapacitor is a better choice.In addition,since graphene has a large surface area and good electrical conductivity.Polypyrrole as a conductive polymer,with excellent environmental stability,as well as light,non-toxic,low-cost and so on.Therefore,the problem is to prepare a yarn electrode by a method in which a conductive polymer and a graphene are compounded on the surface of a textile fiber.On this basis,the electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of the yarn electrode are discussed,and the preparation scheme is optimized.To this end,the subject of the following research:(1)Surface modification of cotton yarn by bovine serum albumin(BSA)was carried out,and GO/cotton yarn was prepared by adsorbing graphene oxide(GO)onto cotton yarn using a sizing machine.The influence of BSA modification and adsorption times about the adsorption of GO on cotton yarn was discussed,and the reasonable adsorption times were determined.The surface morphology of GO/cotton yarns was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The adsorption of GO on cotton yarns was analyzed by IR,Raman and XRD.(2)Redox graphene oxide(rGO)/cotton yarn was prepared by chemical reduction method,and the condition of GO reduction by HI was chosen to minimize the damage of HI to cotton yarn.The quality of the active material on rGO/cotton yarn was tested and the surface morphology of the sample was observed by scanning electron microscope.The conductivity of rGO/cotton yarn under different reduction conditions was tested by a universal meter.The electrochemical performance of rGO/cotton yarn was tested by three-electrode system,including cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and constant current charge-discharge test.(3)In order to optimize the electrochemical properties of rGO/cotton yarn,rGO/PPy/cotton yarn was prepared by chemical polymerization of polypyrrole(PPy)and rGO/cotton yarn.The change of surface morphology of rGO/PPy/cotton yarn was observed.The conductivity of rGO/PPy/cotton yarn was evaluated by measuring the weight gain of the active material and the resistance of rGO/PPy/cotton yarn,IR,Raman and X-ray diffraction.And the electrochemical properties of rGO/PPy/cotton yarn electrode were measured.The effect of PPy on the preparation of yarn electrode was analyzed.The following results were obtained:(1)GO on the sizing process for the GO sizing of cotton yarn,when the number of 8 times the sizing,cotton yarn on the GO adsorption capacity of the largest were 51.52%,and GO/cotton yarn coated GO surface layer.(2)GO was reduced by the chemical reduction method at 35? for 15 min to obtain rGO/cotton yarn.The GO reduction effect was obtained under the condition of less damage of yarn strength.The resistance of rGO/cotton yarn Is 2468?/cm.The reduction of GO adsorbed on cotton yarn was characterized by IR,Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction,and the surface of rGO/cotton yarn became rough after reduction.(3)Through the electrochemical performance test,the volume specific capacitance of rGO/cotton yarn is 3.42F/cm3 when the current density is 105 m A/cm3 according to the constant current charge-discharge curve.(4)The rGO/PPy/cotton yarn was prepared by in-situ chemical polymerization.It was found that PPy particles were coated on the surface of rGO/cotton yarn and the resistance of rGO/PPy/cotton yarn was reduced to 373?/cm.When the current density is 105 m A/cm3,the volume specific capacitance is 27.63F/cm3,and the electrochemical performance is better than that of the rGO / cotton yarn electrode without PPy.Therefore,the introduction of PPy,can be prepared conductive properties and electrochemical properties are better electrode materials.
