With the development of science and technology,nano-materials are widely used,so as to drive the development of electrospinning technique,making it a hot spot in fiber science.Electrospinning is continually one of the most simple and practical technology of preparation of nanofibers.Factors affecting the formation of electrospun nanofibers,however numerous,mainly consists of the following 3 ways: solution property(concentration,solution viscosity,conductivity,surface tension,polymer relative molecular mass,and so on),process parameters and environmental parameters.however,Solution properties are the main factors that affect the electrospinning.Solution properties mainly in terms of viscosity,surface tension and electrical conductivity,and the factors related and influence each other,it is difficult to separate the various factors and summarize the effect of one factor on electrospinning process.In structure,it is the main influence factor of electrospinning is the molecular chain entanglement.Chain entanglement is one of the most important factors in condensed polymer.Because the presence of chain entanglements,when the single molecule chain moving,the molecular chain shackled and fetterd by the around molecule chain.However,it can control the molecular chain of long-range movements,thus,affect the Properties of Polymer.But how much chain molecular weight to influence the formation of fibers,so far it have not clear conclusions.So,in this paper,We analyzed the electrostatic spinning of nanofibers morphology and diameter from Solution properties and chain molecular weight aspects.Firstly,using a variety of polymer solution to analyse the electrostatic spinning forming is analyzed:the solution viscosity from three aspects:conductivity and surface tension of solution properties.Using a scanning electron microscope(SEM)to analyse the nanofiber and measurement the solution properties.It is obtained that solution of surface tension changes smaller with increasing solution viscosity.Effect of solution viscosity on morphology of electrospun nanofibers is quite large.Secondly,we use SPSS software to analyze the interactions of polymer solution propertiesand the effect of electrospun nanofiber morphology and diameter,finally we obtain the formula of prediction of nanofiber diameter.We can control the morphology and the diameter of electrospun fibers by adjusting the properties.It is important for the nano-fiber's spinnability study.Electrostatic spray to the electrospinning process,we can obtain beads,bead-fiber and fiber from electrostatic spray to the electrospinning process.There are two important turning point:ln)(nsoe~2,ln)(nsoe~3.5,ln)(nsoe<2,only beaded morphology is observed;2<ln)(nsoe<3.5,obtain beads and fibers;ln)(nsoe>3.5,only fibers are obtained.We can forecast the needed electrospinning of polymer solution concentration by calculating molecular weight Me and the weight average molecular weight Mw.For the high molecular weight polymer,prediction of solution concentration was highly consistent with the experimental value,but for the low molecular weight polymer,predict the mass fraction of the solution values have a certain bias with experimental values.Therefore,this formula has a good performance in the prediction of high molecular weight polymer,and has an important role in the development of electrostatic spinning.Finally,for the same kind of polymers of different molecular weight,the electrostatic spinning has three states: the formation of beads,beads,uniform fiber,and the scope of the viscosity of the solution is the same.But for different polymers,the solution viscosity of the transition region is different,mainly because of the different macromolecular chain in the polymer solution.Through the two aspects of different molecular weight and concentration of the solution for electrospinning of polymer solution,find that the number of formation of molecular chain entanglement effect of fiber forming initial and uniform fibers.The higher the molecular weight of the polymer,The degree of the increase of the solution mass fraction is smaller.in the process of the electrostatic spinning fibers from the beads to the uniform fibers.
