China has always been one of the world's major textile producing and exporting countries,as an intergral part of the textile production,the production and export of the shoes are rising,and the vamp cleaning has been paid more and more attention which influence the shoes printing.The screen printing vamp cleaning were based on manual cleaning,which has not yet formed an auto-assembly line,the old cleaning way's efficiency is low and also easy to damage on the screen surface.Thus it is important practical significance to improve the manufacturing of vamp for researching on screen vamp cleaning system.Therefore in order to clean the screen vamp,the automatic cleaning system with spray as the core is developed,recycling use water-based cleanout fluid which taking Ap G as the surfactant.First of all,according to the type of printing plate size and dirt determining the spray cleaning method and select the water-based cleaning agent.In the light of the cleaning requirements,planned the general layout of printing plate and designed the overall program.The technique route has been developed which including the automatic loading and unloading,rotary spray,split spray,hot-air bottom dryers.Secondly,according to the technique route,designing the each part.Designed the cleaning basket,double flexible chain conveyor chain and selected the transport motor;The rotatry mechanism and its key components are desigened and the rotatry motor is selected;The spray nizzle,pipeline,water storage tank and the circulating system of cleaning liquid are desigened;Hot air dryer is chosen as the heat source and desigened the upper and lower feeding cylinder.Finally,according to the actual work requirements of the cleaning system,the ststic analysis of the base using ANSYS,though the stress contours that can withstand printing plate and cleaning basket weight.The most part of the cleaning system is the injector,using the FLUENT to carry out one phase flow simulation on injector that has been selected the converge-spread type,it is concluded that the injector's transition for 3mm better than injector's transition for 4mm about cavitation effect.We can conclude that two kinds of injectors have different effect on diffusion after using the FLUENT to carry out the two phases simulation on the injectors.The injector's transition for 3mm better than injector's transition for 4mm about diffusion effect,so we could reduced installation density of the injectors when we selecting the injector's transition for 3mm.This cleaning system could replace the original manual work and the general water base cleaning although the cleaning system is in the process of manufacturing.At the same time,it can only reduce labor intensity and the cost,but also reduce the consuption of water resources,it would be able to adapt to the requirements of industrial production.
