As people's living standards and constantly improve the quality of life,people also continue to improve the appearance of the shoes,the shoe print showing a pattern of diversification and individuation,the characteristics of the market demand.Compared with traditional screen printing,vamp printing has many features such as multi screen and multi knife scraping.It has many printing times,difficulty in precision control and difficulty in printing.At present,shoe printing is mainly manual printing,the printing accuracy is poor,the printing efficiency is low and the labor intensity is great.The existing printing machine is mainly suitable for scraper and less number of print is not strong sense of hierarchy,which requires researchers to make improvements based on the original printing machine,automatic printing machine is designed for multi screen multi sense knife number,upper level.Therefore,the design and analysis of the sports shoe automatic printing machine key mechanism is important content of vamp automatic printing machine design,to improve the vamp printing efficiency and reduce the labor intensity and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,meet the need of large scale and diversified market demand is of great significance.The subject of this paper is to study the design and analysis of screen lifting mechanism and screen alignment mechanism with moving shoe automatic printing machine as the research object.Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign shoe printing technology on the understanding,through the study and Discussion on the upper hand screen printing process,some disadvantages improvement of printing process,determine the main factors affecting the upper printing quality and efficiency.Secondly,according to the main factors that affect the printing quality and the printing efficiency,a new printing process is put forward,and the design condition and parameter requirements of the automatic printing machine for the upper shoe are put forward.Third,for the printing machine screen lifting and screen alignment movement mechanism,the movement mechanism is designed and 3D modeling is carried out through Solid Works.Fourth,the kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis of the screen alignment mechanism and screen lifting mechanism are carried out by MATLAB software,and the theoretical basis and optimization suggestions are provided for the subsequent optimization design based on the analysis results.Finally,it can improve the automation degree of the driving system of the moving upper shoe press and the accuracy of the automatic contraposition system,and realize the efficient and accurate three-dimensional printing of the moving vamp.
