| This paper is about engineering application development project which puts forward by the relevant enterprises,combinations with process problems in production practice,and to form a complete set of equipment development and design,it aims to design a device to guard against cutting fluid spray and it’s used to protect production operating environment,specific as follows:(1)Combined with existing equipment products to analyze some splash principle,contacted the actual situation research,puts forward some ideas and design method about the device of guarding against cutting fluid spray;(2)Based on CK6185 CNC machine and its processing characteristics,compared the state of cutting fluid splash in the work piece machining process,analyzing the splash designed structure function,determining the specific methods and some transmission mechanism;(3)By analysis the preliminary conclusions of spray-guarding against device,and design schemes comparison,to establish the best design scheme,and discussing the solution of some key points design;(4)Designing individual parts of spray-guarding against device,an according to the characteristics of the various parts,and combined with the principle of spray-guarding against device,to design organization structure of spray-guarding against device;(5)according to the principle,to analyze its process of open and shut,and combined with the existing control method to make a reasonable program of the control strategy of spray-guarding against device.The significance of the paper is the follow: By analyzing the practical problems encountered in the production practice,designing a new product to improve the machining environment,which is a perfect part of accessories in machine tool,and it also has certain reference function for development of other related products. |
