In the modern manufacturing, materials processing occupy a considerable share of manufacturing. For example, in rail vehicles and aircraft structural parts, most companies use the plastic deformation of steel molding way. While considering about performing material molding devices, stretch-bending machine take the most percentage. Bending machine mostly take hydraulic system as control method, which is beneficial to integrated control and electrical control, and different compoents can work on-site separation arrangement. It also has good economic performance and adaptability site with good prospects. The design of the hydraulic system for bending machine, the selection about hydraulic circuit structures, parameter settings and control modes are affecting the performance of the machine.Aiming at the arm system of the stretch-bending machine, we establish the mathematical model for the hydraulic system in arm system and relying on AMESim platform system, we make modeling analysis of key parameters and make rational optimizations on the control algorithm of the bending machine, The main work we do as follows:(1) Considering work condition for the machine, we choose proportional element to control the pressure and speed of the cylinder steplessly, select constant pressure variable pump as a power source, which can effectively save energy, and remote relief valve has been used to set pressure control, in favor of centralized control and electrical continuity of output pressure control.(2) On the basis of analysis for hydraulic system characteristics and key elements, we establish a typical model on the main element. Based on classical control theory, we derive the overall block diagram of the system transfer, and analysis of key parameters to find the effects when parameters change on the system.(3) According to mathematical model and relying on AMESim simulation platform, aiming at the main components of the system and the whole system simulation, we verify correctness of the design, simulation results show that: constant pressure variable pump not only ensure the system, but also adjust the system flow and play a role in energy conservation, compensation combination valve with proportional pressure valve can effectively regulate cylinder velocity, continuous control.(4) On the basis of verifying the feasibility of the program, in order to improve the control accuracy of the system and solve the situation that the load on two cylinders may be different when at work, we use PID to establish a double-loop control system, the results has improved that we have chosen a suitable method to solve our problems, which can meet common demands..
